Dear First Grade Families,
......Or should I say second-grade families? It is hard to believe the school year is over. I swear the years go by faster and faster each year of my teaching career. This class was a fun-loving bunch who loved to have a good time and also loved to learn! This was my first year teaching Fundations and I saw a HUGE impact on students' reading and writing skills! They have all grown so much! They should all be so proud of themselves. I will miss them all next year. I hope they'll visit (if they're still at Mitchell School!) Here are some pictures from our week (apparently the computer wanted to upload them in random order.... it's apparently just as tired as I am :))

Please reach out if you or your child ever needs anything. I was telling the students I get a picture from a little girl who moved away in first grade and her mom sends me pictures every year and she's a HIGH SCHOOLER!
